Ozairwebs respects intellectual-property rights and reviews sufficiently detailed copyright complaints concerning material hosted on this website. This page provides a contact process and does not represent that Ozairwebs qualifies for any particular statutory safe harbor in every jurisdiction.
Before sending a notice
Confirm that you own or are authorized to act for the copyright owner, identify the exact material, and consider whether the use may be licensed, authorized or permitted by an exception such as fair use or fair dealing. False or materially misleading claims can have legal consequences.
Information required in a copyright notice
Send a written notice containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL and enough detail to locate the allegedly infringing material; your name, address, telephone number and email; a statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent or law; and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.
Where to send a notice
Email the complete notice to info@ozairwebs.com with the subject “Copyright notice.” Sending an incomplete or unrelated message may delay review. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Review process
Ozairwebs may acknowledge the notice, request clarification, review the location and context of the material, contact the relevant contributor or client where appropriate, and remove or restrict material when justified. A response is not an admission of liability.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, explaining under penalty of perjury why removal was mistaken, providing your contact information and signature, and including any jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by applicable law. Obtain legal advice if you are uncertain.
Repeat infringement and abuse
Where appropriate and technically within Ozairwebs’ control, repeated substantiated infringement may lead to access restrictions or other proportionate action. Abusive, fraudulent, automated or bad-faith notices may be rejected and preserved as necessary to protect legal rights.
Client and third-party systems
Ozairwebs may design or maintain websites that are controlled by a client or third-party platform. If the disputed material is not hosted or controlled by Ozairwebs, the fastest route may be the website owner, hosting provider or platform identified on that service.
Other intellectual-property concerns
Trademark, privacy, defamation and contractual complaints are different from copyright notices. Clearly identify the legal and factual basis of a non-copyright request so it can be directed appropriately.
