Ozairwebs respects intellectual property rights and reviews sufficiently detailed copyright complaints concerning material hosted on this website. This page provides a contact process and does not represent that Ozairwebs is entitled to any specific statutory safe harbor in every jurisdiction.
Before sending a notice
Make sure that you are the owner or have the authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner, specify the exact material in question, and decide if the use might be covered by a license, authorization, or an exception such as fair use or fair dealing. Claims that are false or substantially misleading may have legal repercussions.
Information required in a copyright notice
The notice should include: your physical or electronic signature; the identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL and sufficient details to enable location of the material that is alleged to be infringing; your name, address, telephone number and email address; a statement asserting that in good faith you believe the use in question is not authorized by the owner, their agent or by law; and a declaration that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Where to send a notice
Send the full notice to info@ozairwebs.com with the subject line "Copyright notice"; if you send an incomplete or irrelevant message it may result in a delay in processing. Do not include any passwords or other unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Review process
Ozairwebs have the option of acknowledging the notice, asking for clarification, checking the location and context of the material, getting in touch with the relevant contributor or client where suitable, and removing or restricting the material when it is justified. Acknowledging the notice does not amount to an admission of liability.
Counter-notice
You can submit a counter-notice which identifies the material that has been removed and the place where it originally was, give an explanation under penalty of perjury as to why the removal was in error, supply your contact details and signature, and also include any jurisdiction and service-of-process statements that are required by relevant law. It is advisable to get legal advice if you are unsure.
Repeat infringement and abuse
Where it is appropriate and since it is technically within Ozairwebs' control, repeated instances of substantiated infringement could result in access being restricted or in other proportionate measures being taken. Notices that are abusive, fraudulent, automated or made in bad faith may be rejected and held back if necessary to protect legal rights.
Client and third-party systems
Ozairwebs could be responsible for designing or for maintaining websites which are controlled by a client or by a third-party platform. In the case where the material in dispute is not hosted or under the control of Ozairwebs, the quickest course of action would be to contact the website owner, the hosting provider or the platform listed on that service.
Other intellectual-property concerns
Trademark, privacy, defamation and contractual claims are different from copyright notices and the legal and factual grounds of a non-copyright request must be clearly stated so that it can be handled properly.
